I think that it is horrible what happened. I am a DJ also as well as owning an Entertainment Business and I am honestly shocked in how this was handled. First of all, why would you ever leave an unexperienced DJ to do the work for your company, that is under YOUR name...AND AT A WEDDING no less???? That's insane, this DJ represented your company and basically screwed up someone's wedding...that is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME DEAL. Jeffrey, you honestly think that a refund will make up for it? You have no common sense at all, you're just trying to save your company name. If you were so concerned about saving you company name and face, then pay more attention to the guests and even more attention to the COUPLE GETTING MARRIED!!!...I am truly sorry for the couple that had used your company for their event and urge others not to use your services. There are many companies in Monmouth & Ocean Counties that treat customers more than a dollar sign, as you have. Hopefully people will go to them for their next event.
